To mark the Coronation of King Charles III, we have designed a Special Edition Turner Coronation Counter Stool. The naturally soft button-shaped seat is upholstered in a traditionally woven Union Flag. For each Turner Coronation Counter Stool sold, Gabriella James will ‘Plant a Tree' in association with the late Queen Elizabeth II  Green Canopy Charity founded in 2022 to mark her Platinum Jubilee.

The Turner Counter Stool is the perfect kitchen companion. Slim enough to tuck under any counter or in any kitchen corner, the Turner Counter Stool is a winning combination of practical comfort and style.

The traditional button-shaped seat is handmade from 100% natural stuffing materials including natural latex, coconut coir and pure merino wool, making it uncompromisingly comfortable to sit on. The stylish solid-wood frame is hand carved with traditionally turned legs in sustainably sourced English Ash and finished with a natural wax oil, enhancing the beautifully warm grain.

Fo each Special Edition Coronation Turner Counter Stools sold, we will donate a tree to the Green Canopy, a charity set up to commemorate the late Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee in 2022.

The Special Edition Coronation Turner Counter Stool is meticulously upholstered in a traditionally woven Union Flag.

The beautifully woven flag correctly displays the three heraldic crosses of the Union - the prominent red cross of St George, patron saint of England, is carefully centred on the seat, joined by the diagonal white cross on a blue ground of the cross of St Andrew, patron saint of Scotland, and the diagonal red cross on white of St Patrick, patron saint of Ireland.

The Turner Counter Stool is locally made using traditional joinery techniques. The stylish solid-wood frame is hand carved with traditionally turned legs in sustainably sourced English Ash and finished with a natural wax oil, enhancing the beautifully warm ash grain.
